I mean about base annie, i saw the bot tag in with almost full star meter after just 15 seconds but my annie tags in with way less

While Annie is on the bench, she gains star power meter slowly. Alot of time must have elapsed in the match for the bot to tag in with full meter

Could just be AI powercreep. Some effects just being stronger for the AI, because they'd be impractical or too weak otherwise.

Either that, or it's a bug leftover from testing.
