Bug - Normal I didn’t receive mi golden character

I collected all the 1000 shards to the golden relic. I open it, It showed my character, but it never showed up on my inventory. There is a solution, pls?

Usually when you open a Relic in-game, the fighter is immediately added on the server. If you go to your collection and sort by 'Recent' do you see any new Gold fighters?
