Other I don't get any help from the customer support

Now everytime I play and earn the diamonds(on the top right corner) it doesn't show that I got them I've tried re-opening the app and re installing it but nothing works it has happened a lot and everytime i try to get the diamonds I don't and I've been stuck with 880 diamonds 500 from the recent gift on my inbox and the rest is from when I didn't have this problem I've lost like 1000+ diamonds due to this.ive been ignored by customer support many times
