Bug - Normal I have 14 diamond character but I only have 8 of them in my errands

That accolade only triggers when you have 10 unique Diamond characters.
Per your screenshot, you only have 8: Peacock, Ms. Fortune, Filia, Painwheel, Big Band, Double, Beowulf and Valentine.
