Bug - Normal I need help pls

I don't know if it's me but I found a problem that in the game menu in the store I get the phrase "There was a problem trying to recover some items from the store" and I don't know what to do, please help

Our store is connected to the respective Appstore or Playstore, depending on your device. Occasionally there might be network issues connecting to them. It typically doesn't last too long and the store should appear again as expected. Let me know if it lasts longer than a day or so. Thanks!
