How can i get the 3rd star?

I even use Rock star as a support, but still the barrier isn't working against Dreadlocks

Who's Filia should i pick or what kind of strategy should i do?

everything works. you put the star of the universe first and change it to another character from the beginning of the match. and play on it while there is a barrier. when it ends, you change to another one and play again under the barrier.
