Occasionally when using Parasoul's (specifically Heavy Reign but I'm not sure that matters) BB Inferno Brigade it only hits for about 10 hits instead of the about 50. I don't know if this is character specific or not but I remember it happening a few times and for sure it happened against a Valentine.
I don't know the exact way to replicate this. I know at least once it happened after I taunted (I know there's another thread about taunt into moto) so that may be a part of the issue, I'm not sure.
