Bug - Normal Infinite bounce cerebella

When cerebella has the buff unflinching (usually armed forces) and do the mov cere-copter in the same time you do a forced changeover (like snap dragon) cerebella starts bounce indefinitely before taking damage

Thanks for the report, this is something we've been aware of for awhile but it's been tricky to figure out so we haven't prioritized it. I'll add your reproduction steps and hopefully we can fix this in a future update
