I have been playing against a lot of people who like to play Black Dahlia. And that is okay. But they keep on spamming the bullets. SPAMMING THE BULLETS. And they have a terrible internet connection. Don't even get me started on the distance I am with them. So they're just so laggy and spammy and I can't even recover properly. Is this a good tactic? And what should I do when someone does that?
