Is there any way to restart?

Hi, I picked this game up about 1 week ago and I'm almost done with the advanced story (only missing fights that require gold characters) and some of the expert story, but I haven't gotten a gold character yet. I was thinking I should restart, but I don't know if that's possible. Can somebody help me out?

You can either reinstall the game choose between (Google/Line/Facebook) Not kind of a restart but you can play a new adventure if you haven't picked one of those 3 yet.
