Issue with fighter specials

Lately I’ve been noticing that while I fight opponents, the Special Attacks for all characters remain greyed out even long after a combo has ended which can greatly disrupt the flow of fighting. I believe this affects some specials of all fighters, considering that this bug was also present when also playing Miss Fortune and Marie.

Please review this ASAP.
