Bug - Normal Limited Offers Not Showing

So anytime offers such as these show up I am unable to buy them and they don't appear in the limited offer section in the store. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game but nothing changed.

I'm using an Android Galaxy S10+ Version 12

Does the offer appear in the Featured section? I think that's where it's supposed to display. Also, if you're getting a popup like that with the green check marks already displayed, it means there's an issue with your connection to the store, so make sure you've double checked that your store is all setup properly.
