Bug - Normal loading screen does not load or takes a long time to load

Whenever I open the game and try to go to the store I get stuck on the loading screen, it just stays there loading, it's not like the game has frozen so much that the loading animation continues, this problem only resolves itself when I close it and reopen it the game, I also had this problem with other game loading screens such as the prize competitions and also redeeming points from Daily Missions where when this happens I don't receive the prizes nor did it count towards the pass

Also, what device are you playing on and what is your typical connection quality?
