Bug - Normal Lost character upgrades and points

Hi. I've got Valentine Silent Kill from Cerebella Relic before down and spend at least 200points (collect it from upgrade bronze-to-gold Scrub and full Last Hope history) and $500.000 for upgrade. So today I've got new Valentine Silent Kill from Gold Fighter Relic. But now they both 1st level without any upgrades. I believe that first Valentine must be at least 7th lvl with upgrades (now 59 left).
