Bug - Normal Lvl 0 bug

The following happened a few days ago:
The game shows my account level as 0 instead of 69.
In the game, characters gain experience, but they are not visually displayed on the level scale. And when a character gets a new level, his energy is not restored with a new level.
I deleted and downloaded the game again, rebooted, logged in from another device, nothing helped.
My nickname is HolyTrafficLight .
SG user ID is 0qs6-2p3ii .
My device is Ipad mini 5 .

Thanks for the report. We've been able to recreate this issue and are working on a fix to be released shortly. In the meantime, some players have found that setting your device language to English resolves the issue.
