I was maxing a (evolved to gold) silver shiny Cerebella but after maxing her skill tree, the option to unlock marquee ability is not enabled.
It also made it so that daily events were unplayable despite me having completed the full story mode.
Y restarted the app and also went as far as to restart my phone as a whole, but only the daily event problem was solved.
I am not sure if this is a temporary bug/problem caused by something in the most recent update, but I hope it gets fixed/patched soon.
