Bug - Normal match rewards not appearing

when my skullgirls game playthrough, i won and get match rewards but they were not appeared.

after i checked my "collection" "moves" "relics", they didn't exist.

and i wonder what they are.

please help this problem.

when there’s blank reward spots you should be able to tap on the spot and get a description on what it is. i don’t know if the description will show up because they’re blank, but it’s worth a try next time this happens.
