Bug - Normal MEDICI FIGHT CLUB PFs

I'm curious about Fukua's special move. The scenario was.. I was Beowulf (Number One) against a Fukua (Phantom Threads).

I was at the far left-corner while she's on the other side. I was waiting for her to dash in and Intercept, but what happened was she used SWARM EMBRACE (Special Move) and she immediately got 5 stack of ENRAGES and REGENS while me at the far left-corner doing nothing and not inflicting her any debuffs.

The question is, is this really a bug or it's just how it works in Medici Fight Club when any Fukuas uses those 2 special moves which drains their health?

I'm guessing the 'under the hood' function that has Fukua drain her own health is acting as a debuff, hence it triggers the PF modifier. I'll have my team investigate and perhaps we can fix it in a future update, thanks.
