Bug - Normal Missing characters

characters that I  got and only appear in the catalogue, they are not in my inventory.

If there are characters in your catalogue but not in your collection, the reason usually is because that character was consumed by the "Power-Up" feature, and sacrificed for experience. Is it possible that's where your character(s) vanished off to?
