Bug - Normal Missing New Year gift

Started the game at around the time the daily switch happens, when the servers were having issues, and when I tried claiming the New Year gift, I got an error message, first it was Error 500, then I think I got Error 0, Error 426, and again Error 500. After getting out of the game and returning, the New Year gift is missing from the Daily Deals, but I have no Guest Fighter relic (I don't remember the other rewards of the gift).

Playing the game on a Samsung Galaxy A32.
