Greetings! ran into a problem with the relic. today, on the 24th day of the daily entry into the game, I was given the "Jackpot" relic. but I couldn't open it due to a "problems with our servers" error. after I restarted the game, the relic disappeared altogether. it is not in the "relics" section, nor in the login rewards section

This is something you'll need to submit a ticket for. Usually when this happens it's because there's an error on the client. e.g. the game shows you have a relic, but you don't actually have one on your account according to the game server.
You can send a ticket to customer support at skullgirlsmobile.com/contact and they can investigate
