Mummy dearest is not a bad version but why 10% of health gone? That’s to much. Because if I’m like 9% and I want to heal I can’t be use I will die. Make it like 5% and permanent healing. She is way bad compared to stand out. Please buff her so she can be a S tier character.

She already heals back 20% health and gains Blessings which prevents you from dying. So in that scenario, you could use a couple of blockbusters and then use a special move and you won't die.
Her biggest advantage is easy immunity and very quick meter. Harder to use than Stand Out but she has a strong niche on her own.
