Other music app's volume stays the same now

I just noticed after 1.5.0 when I listen to music and open the game, the volume won't go down anymore, and music volume won't spike when the game crashes. I like this feature. Or is this a bug and the reason for my many crashes?!

Long as i get steady music flow i don't care.

I use iPad air
