Bug - Normal My game does not log into my account, even with a good connection!

I was playing normally and when the game "updated" for me to do missions and earn rewards, and to be able to send my characters to the mobilization, my game started not working, the characters that I sent in the mobilization crashed and didn't go. Well, I closed the game and opened it again, but it wouldn't log into my account (I had a very good connection, I even turned on my carrier data to be sure). My in-game Nick is NYCgm.

Forgive the late response, is this still occurring for you? Occasionally there can be region specific network issues that will disrupt our game, but they typically resolve themselves.
