Bug - Normal My Game stole my relic

I just complete the story of Last hope and then i won some valentine's relic, 3 relic but when i was opening one of them accidentally holding my phone i pressed the menu bottom, the music of the relic begin but the game send me to the menu, the relic despair and i didn't get any character, so that happened

Go to your collection and sort by Recent to see if you have 3 new valentine's listed. If you still believe that you didn't receive a reward, please contact customer support so they can investigate your account.

Same thing happened to me about 2 weeks ago. I got 2 Beowulf relics and when I went to open them they were gone.
