My relic is gone when i tryna to relog, happen whe i about to claim the relic

You claimed the relic voucher from the Accolades tab, did you attempt to also open them on the Relic page?

If they're missing from the relic page, you'll need to submit a ticket with customer support so they can investigate and possibly restore your voucher.
