Bug - Normal Network Server error or a bug?

This I had noticed differently from earlier this morning at 4 A.M. approximately and had No Gift Claiming errors...BUT At this time during daytime AFTERNOONS at 3 PM to 5PM - when I clicked on the Heart Gifts then the Game freezes again!

another clue I observed was the player friend's Online Status....

but then after after 5 Mins waiting then the Hearts started to move on after the Error Beep display!

then I Closed the Friends Menu then Reopened it & with both the Player Status

Really weird but it's Obviously the NETWORK connection that was Involved with these Issues .... maybe.
