Hello there dear, welcome. please may I ask? What do you really mean by "new character"? a pre-existing character in Skullgirls or your own created SG custom fighter pallette artwork character?
could you please post us a picture of that new character you're talking about?

by the way there's a forum called *SG Custom fighters that you may be interested in. Just go there and post about your new character there
