Bug - Normal No relics

Hi.
I go into the store to pick up my three jackpots, but... I don’t find them. Before the bugs, they were, but due to problems with the Internet( or servers) I couldn’t even take them because was a mistake. After technical work, no offer. just no.
I really hope that my situation will be resolved soon, because it’s a little offensive
