After the release of the 6.2 update, we sent out two tiers of compensation for the Facebook login error. Every player received a basic compensation package. Players who frequently used their Facebook login binding leading up to the Facebook login bug were sent a higher tier compensation package because they were directly affected by this issue.
If you did not actively use your Facebook binding to log into Skullgirls Mobile within the few months before the issue began, or if you did not play for the few months before the error occurred you are unfortunately not eligible for the second compensation package.
Unfortunately we are unable to send out any further compensation for this issue from this point on. We understand the confusion regarding this issue may be frustrating, but we hope this helps explain the situation.
