Resolved No Skill points earned when level up

My Princess Pride Parasoul sometimes does not earn any skill points when she levels up

I checked it again and turns out she didn't level up properly. Thx anyway

This is a huge and common concern and a huge bug.

Leveling up characters DOES NOT CURRENTLY:
-GIVE SKILL POINTS
-REFRESH ENERGY

The characters are "backleveled" to 99.99% and it requires one more fight to level them up properly.
