Today, a few minutes ago, I bought a relic for 100 theonite. The game flew out, and the relic disappeared after the restart. At the same time, I was not shown a drop, which is strange. I've already re-established the game, but there's no relic. How can this be solved?

i'm about 17-18 days waiting for a response. supposedly there's a backlog, which is fair.
