Bug - Crash Non-playable character

I tried to play with Big Band and the character was invisible and non-existent. I lost that fight because of that error.

If this happens regularly, you may have some corrupt files on your install and may need to reinstall the game. Likely your game client failed to load Big Band's assets correctly. Super rare that'd happen, but obviously it's possible.
