Bug - Normal Not receiving 100% completion of Paralell Realms after I finish them

I asked someone on in game chat if I didn't receive them because I would recruit or heal my fighters but they said that it has been happening since 2023... Can anyone help me?

Please provide more information when reporting bugs, including screenshots or video if able. I'm not sure what you're referring to when you say "not receiving 100% completion"
