UPDATE: This should be fixed once and for all in our next update, 6.5
Hi everyone! Yes...we fixed Overclocked. Her attacks are now unblockable when she gets Permanent Precision along with other stacks of Precision.
Unfortunately, sometimes, when DEVs open a door, they break a window. In fixing this old bug, another bug was created and Overclocked's attacks are still blockable in certain cases while she has stacks of Precision. Most noticeable when activating her PA.
The fix is more complicated than we anticipated, so it'll take some time to get her working just right. Thanks in advance for your patience, she'll be fixed in our next update in a few weeks.
