I was playing Parallel Kingdoms and when I was on the loading screen to fight, I got an error message saying that I couldn't connect to the servers and that the energy had not been consumed, but when I went back to the part to switch to the fighters, they were all defeated.

We're aware of this but unfortunately it's very tricky to fix. We've implemented numerous protections so that this happens rarely, but there's still a chance of getting a failed connection, which the server counts as a 'concede'
