Bug - Normal Parallel Realms Glitch?

When I completed the first battle on the second floor of the Parallel Realms, my game glitches randomly and when I reopen the app it kills all of my team
My Device is a Samsung Galaxy A13 and my code is 0gp2-dxff7

Will you clarify what you mean by "my game glitches randomly" Just go through step by step what happened.

What it sounds like is that the game just crashed while you were still in a fight, which registered as a loss. Unfortunately there's not much we can do about that currently, we're always looking for ways to optimize game performance so crashes occur less often.
