Bug - Crash Passed for the first time accursed experiments, but did not give a limited offer

After I leveled up 60, I got a 10+1 offer on all characters. I decided to go through the accuraed experiments for the first time in order to get another one of the same offer, but i didn't get it. This offer just wasn't in the store and I don't know what to do. I want to know the reason why I was not given an offer? :-( It happened yesterday (GMT+2)

To my knowledge, we currently don't have a way to show the same offer twice. Some of these offers also have cooldowns, so if you triggered it once, purchased the offer, and then attempted to trigger it shortly after, it might not work. We're aware of this specific case though and may change how it triggers in a future update.
