Bug - Normal Plot Twisted SA not working with Return to Sender catalyst

So @Tom Kulczewski and I tested this in rift. My Plot Twisted has SA1 fully unlocked. When she died from battlebutt, RTS activated and she revived once. She did not revive a second time during that match with her SA1.

Is it intentional that RTS would override her SA1, or is this a bug that will eventually get patched? If it's intentional, then it is rather pointless to use her in rift and not worth the resources/time investment.
