I've recently purchased a 10+1 pack of Premiere Relics with 1000 theonite, but just when I was about to open them I got a call and closed the app. When I opened the app again, my bought relics were gone, but my account was still -1000 theonite. Has this happened to anyone else?

The moment you spend theonite to purchase Relics, those fighters should be added to your collection, even if you're interrupted. An easy way to check is to go to your collection and sort by 'recent.' If the fighters are indeed missing you'll need to contact customer support at skullgirlsmobile.com/contact so they can investigate.
