When I was at level 11, the system informed me that I could start deploying fighters. I followed the prompts and the deployment was successful. However, when I exit the deployment interface, the system prompts me that level 12 can unlock "deployment", and at this time, the fighters I deployed before are displayed as "unavailable" in other modes (because they are in deployment). Please check and fix this bug.

I mean that when I was at level 11, I clicked the task control center (the second icon from top to bottom on the right side of the main interface, the picture of Molly). At this time, I saw Molly show up and give me a novice tutorial about deployment which tutorial seems can only be unlocked when I reached level 12. She guided me to deploy fighters and succeeded. When I return to the main interface, the deployment is still unlocked, but the fighter I just deployed is in the dispatched state.

I think you are one of the very, very, very, very, very few people that managed to tap into the Deployments section when you're not technically able to ha. It's an old bug that I discovered back when we first added deployments, you could tap the edge of the popup and enter that section. We fixed it, but I still suspected that if someone tapped the exact, perfect spot, they could still get through. Unfortunately you may just need to level up to 12 to regain access.
If the fighters that you currently have Deployed are your main fighters though, let me know and I'll see if an engineer can help. I'll need you to send your Skullgirls Mobile Username and Public ID (located in the bottom right of the options menu in orange text)
