On January 2, I ran into a problem. There were 1080 teonites on the account, I decided to buy guaranteed Dabl relics, an error came out on the server and I had neither theonite nor relics. Today, on January 4, I opened 20 prime relics, again an error on the server. I re-enter the game after 3-4 hours and see that the game counted me only 9 relics (in the collection the relics were marked NEW) I wrote to those support on January 2, apparently everyone doesn't care about my problem. Have you had similar problems?

We pushed a fix for this issue on January 4th, but you'll still need to go through customer service to replace any lost items. Many players had the same issue so it's taken longer than usual to restore items to everyone's accounts.
