Regarding her SA2
Does it trigger ONLY when the opponent reaches 3 stacks exactly.
OR
It also triggers for every 3 stacks inflicted afterwards?
Example 1:
- Let's say I've applied 5 stacks of Power Surge on the opponent. Will her SA2 trigger if I apply POWER SURGE again, or must all stacks deplete? I.e. I have to start from scratch
Example 2
- If the opponent has 3 stacks of Power Surge and one depletes, so they're left at 2. Does adding another stack, so they become 3 again, also trigger the SA?
