Resolved Relic Odds at odds?

So correct me if I'm wrong, but if you get the 1500 relics plus bonus, aren't you guaranteed the chosen fighter 100%? Because I just did that for the Beowulf relics and I got a ton of other fighters...
Is that normal or did I just loose 1500 shards?

only for the bonus one relic you get 100% guranteed

You have 50% to get a character of the specific relic, only the bonus relic (or the eleventh) has a 100% to get the character of the specific relic you bought. So you can obtain any character, except for the last relic.
