I lvl up max bronze val but the offers (12 relic) dont show up, i tried again with peacock , the offer worked and show in the store.
But when i tried again with valentine is still dont show up ( i did this time after peacock offer time out).
I did lvl up to max 4-5 bronze val but nothing work ;;__;;
