Wrong place (not for Peacock specifically), but the Hyper Variety Pack is half price on Christmas (December 25th) every year. Only five thousand theonite!
I think this offer also appears for milestone firsts. Like the first time you beat Accursed Experiments and level up to 60 or 70. Can't confirm, I've been 70 for ages. But I always set aside 5k for December's deal.
