Characters Reworking suggestion for Freedom Fighter

- Freedom Fighter was tweaked in long time ago but currently, a lot of strong fighters have been added and make him unable to keep up with the match environment. He is designed for defense, but now his defensive rating in tier list is only A and I rarely see them on lifts or PF (I miss those days...).
So, I made a reworking suggestion to help him!

- First, sig1’s armor break is reeeeeeally unnecessary. I don't understand why he lower the opponent's defense when he blocks. For defensively designed fighters, they should have an ability that is completely focused on defense.

- So I changed armor break to cripple! This will allow him to lower the opponent's attack instead of defense when he blocks, hopes to increase the defense tier naturally. It would be also good for anti-enrage.

- Although the effect of sig2 is somewhat usable, it still feels lacking in the current situation.
Since special moves and BB are the triggers for its activation, I personally feel it’s a bit strange that this has only disable BB and not for specials.
So, I added an ability for him to prevent from opponent’s special moves or BBs when they using it, making them harder to combo with them.

- Also, if you're lucky enough to guard against them, you can reset the debuff timer, preventing your opponent from these acting for even longer. Unless your opponent has deadeye or immunity, this will force them to tagging out…

This would be the most unfun defender to play against.

Changing Armor Break to Cripple makes sense with SA1 but I don't think he needs the extra 5 seconds.

SA2 however...

He instantly punishes you for using a move, not even requiring you to hit or miss or even a chance based activation. A whopping 15 seconds of disable immediately. So even if you use a immunity taunt, you will get special disable anyways as it is an immediate effect while taunts give their effect at the end of the animation. On top of that he has a debuff timer reset as if 15 seconds wasn't long enough.

Beowulf already has a considerably dangerous defending tool, Wulfshoot. There is no need to go extra lengths to make him work.
