Excuse me devs? Can anyone help me with my sgm account? Customer support said that they can’t help me with my account and I understand that but I wanted to say my case about what happened with my account this is what they said about it
My situation started about two years ago when I played the unsupported version of the game but I didn’t know about the terms of service saying that you can’t play the unsupported version of the game and they banned my account and customer support can’t help me with it after many times of appealing and I honestly don’t know what to do….can a dev help me out with this please? I played my account for over two and a half years almost 3 years
Per the Terms of Service, you are solely responsible for your account and playing an unsupported version of Skullgirls Mobile will result in a ban, which cannot be appealed.
