Characters Signature Abilities

Am I the only person that feels like some of the characters signatures don’t proc correctly or are just flat out awful. For example, Splitting Images “Self Reflection” is cool because her hp% is lower than the opponents then it heals which is cool but how come her immunity doesn’t work. I had a Freeze Frame Peacock essentially obliterate her because the slow and wither bypassed the Immunity ?! I have never seen “Shadow Puppets” SA1 proc be it my own or someone’s video, Black Dhalias SA1 doesn’t proc consistently unless it’s a buckshot. I’ve seen it proc on “Last Call” once and never again since then. Silent Kills SA’s procs more than Bad Hair Days “The First Cut” but Purrfect Darks head hits insta kill doesn’t proc nearly at all. There’s so many more variants but I’m tired and have to go to work. I don’t know review the coding or something
