Skilltree bug

My cerebella skill tree is in bronze level but i evolved her to silver pls explain is it a bug or not thank you in advance

I think it's not a bug it happens with all the characters i evolved, they may have leaved like a bronze skilltree.

It is as lauri says, a fighter's skill tree will be the tier they started as. So a Bad Hair Day Filia will have a bronze skill tree even she is upgraded all the way to diamond.
